Lead L&D Strategy: Design and implement the company-wide learning and development strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring capability building across all levels—from frontline employees to senior leadership.
Curriculum Design & Innovation: Oversee the development of high-impact learning programs, including leadership development, sales capability, digital upskilling, and compliance training, using blended learning methods (e-learning, in-person, on-the-job, coaching).
Performance & Talent Development: Partner with HR and business leaders to identify skills gaps, define competency frameworks, and create tailored development plans to drive employee growth, engagement, and retention.
Learning Culture Champion: Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting internal knowledge sharing, mentoring programs, and digital learning adoption across the organization.
Measurement & ROI: Establish KPIs and evaluation tools to track program effectiveness, measure learning impact on business performance, and continuously refine L&D initiatives for maximum ROI.
