  • Commercial Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of robust go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and ensure successful product penetration across key therapeutic areas.

  • Sales Leadership: Direct national and regional sales teams, set performance targets, optimize salesforce effectiveness, and implement incentive structures to consistently exceed sales goals.

  • Business Development & Partnerships: Identify and secure new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and licensing deals to expand product portfolios and enhance market access.

  • P&L Ownership & Forecasting: Manage full profit and loss responsibilities, ensuring accurate sales forecasting, budget planning, and financial performance aligned with corporate objectives.

  • Customer & KOL Engagement: Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, hospital networks, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to strengthen brand credibility and influence prescribing behavior.
